This group coaching program includes a personalised sleep plan, live support across two weeks, and access to our private membership community - designed for families ready to make practical changes to their baby's sleep.

With only 5 families per group, you’ll receive individualised attention and community connection in a safe, supportive space.

What Happens Next:

Once you purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your intake form.

Your personalised sleep plan will be delivered 24–48 hours before your first group call, giving you time to review and prepare.

Your consultant will walk you through and explain the sleep plan format in detail during the initial group call, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident to begin.

Over the next two weeks, you’ll join two live group coaching calls per week, where we’ll review your progress, make adjustments, and support you every step of the way.

You’ll also have instant access to our private membership, so you can get help implementing your plan, ask questions between live calls, and explore additional resources to support your journey.
