Thank you so much to Kyndra for the last couple of weeks support. We saw results so quickly and went from feeding multiple times a night and cosleeping to sleeping through the night on her own. I worked with Taylor using the 2 week email support and she was AMAZING!! Literally 2 days in following her plan and my 9mo went from a gazillion feeds/wakes a night and starting the day at 5am, to sleeping from 6:30pm-7am with no wakes!

I worked with Taylor and wow! In just two weeks I went from being awake from 2/3am most days rocking my 13 month old back to sleep and having to hold him till morning, to him self settling and sleeping through most nights. I never in my wildest dreams thought that would be possible in just a short amount of time. Taylor was helpful, knowledgeable and positive and I couldn't recommend her enough.
After weeks and weeks of epic splits nights and rocking to sleep we decided to sign up for 2 weeks of email support with Kyndra. Our 15 month old had previously been putting himself to sleep and occasionally sleeping through the night but sickness, regressions and separation anxiety had thrown everything into disarray. Kyndra recommended gradual withdrawal, completely dropping to 1 nap and some changes in schedule. A couple nights of retraining and a few extra schedule tweaks later and the 1-4 hour long split nights and rocking are a thing of the past and he now sleeps through the majority of the time.
