Sleepy little bubs and Eva SAVED US! My 12 month old was waking ever 1-2 hours over night. In a whole year I hadn’t had more than a 3 hours stretch of sleep myself so I was exhausted. I felt so supported and was given all the confidence to make a few minor changes that have resulted in consistent naps and sleeping through the night!!!! I am so happy and will be recommending Sleepy Little Bubs to anyone who needs help with sleep!
although i have not finished what we’ve set out to achieve due to bubba being poorly, Eva has gone out of her way to help me resolve an issue. Will update further but the communication with Eva has always been amazing :)
Wow, what a journey. My little one was 14 months, being rocked to sleep, wouldn't fall asleep without a bottle, waking up to 8 times per night. Things were really tough and I was incredibly sleep deprived, ready to rip out my hair.
What started as a 1 week of support was generously extended to 2 weeks thanks to the lovely Eva as we hadn't seemed to make much progress. After many adjustments to the routine, we eventually started getting only 1-2 wakes per night, no more night bottles, only being held to sleep, and a cemented routine.
Eva held my hand a lot, was considerate of how I wanted to approach things, and took the time to explain as much as possible while teaching & training me even when I was exhausted & wanted to give up. She is a self-admitted "ball breaker" but she talks to you straight and understands motherhood.
It will be tough, and a can be a lot of work, but it's worth it to have a happy parent and baby! So, keep going & hang in there - Eva can & will help with so much!
I remember scrolling and reading these reviews in utter sleep deprivation and desperation, needing a miracle to happen so I could get some much needed rest. This is your message to stop scrolling and book yourself in with Eva. With one weeks support, my 5 month old went from multiple false starts, 2 hourly wakes (6+ a night), cat napping and a big boob to sleep association to me being able to put him in his cot and him falling asleep within minutes and sleeping hours. We got an 8.5 hour stretch our third night and I can’t even believe I’m writing this! There is hope on the other side and thanks to Eva’s support and guidance, we now have a great sleeper! We’ll be using these tools going forward and I’m so glad I helped our baby Sully learn how to fall asleep independently.
I reached out to Eva for support for my 5.5 month old boy, particularly with his routine and teaching him to fall asleep independently. Eva had literally saved my sleep and my sanity with my first daughter when she was the same age and so I had confidence that Eva would be able to help me again, and of course she did!
I was contact napping all day naps (which was made harder by having a 2yo toddler who also needed her Mumma!), feeding to sleep, relying on the dummy when I couldn't give him the boob, which was great until it fell out if his mouth and would wake him, and having some early morning rising. At bedtime, it would sometimes take me 2 hours to get him down as I would feed him to sleep, hold him until I thought he was deep enough in sleep and then would have 2, 3 even 4 failed cot transfers and false starts!! It was driving me crazy!
I had learnt so much from working with Eva the first time so I was confident I knew the basics but Eva offered support and cheered me on from the sidelines, giving me the confidence to implement the settling technique, stop feeding to sleep and ditch the dummy for good.
My son is now falling asleep independently and napping during the day in his cot and without a boob or dummy in his mouth!! This has given me time back in the day and for that I am grateful.
Eva is wonderful to work with and her no BS attitude is what I love most about her, she tells it how it is and because she's a Mumma too, she just gets it! You won't regret working with her and I would absolutely recommend her.
