Email + Two Week Support

 

Our newest package! Designed for the busy, independent parent who is happy to go at their own pace but just needs a bit of guidance.

Being an email only support, this is suitable for parents dealing with less complex issues or simple troubleshooting sleep disruptions. 

Package includes:

  • Comprehensive sleep questionnaire
  • Custom sleep plan 
  • One email response per day to answer any questions you may have (Monday - Friday only)

What happens now?

At the time of your consultation booking, you fill out the comprehensive questionnaire and your personalised plan will be sent within 24-48hrs prior to your allocated start date to give you an opportunity to come back to us with any questions. 

For the duration of your support you have easy access to your consultant via email (one response per day Monday - Friday) for guidance or just a hand to hold during your transition.

At the end of your support you will be provided with an end of support email that has any relevant information that may be needed for you to continue your journey (nap transitions, regressions, feeding changes...)

*Please note, this support has no sleep logs, daily whatsapp or check in calls therefore is not designed for complex sleep issues.

Much Needed Support

Following months of trying to troubleshoot the shift to 1 nap and early morning wakes alone, we signed up for the 2 week email support with Kyndra. Amazing support

Thank you so much to Kyndra for the last couple of weeks support. We saw results so quickly and went from feeding multiple times a night and cosleeping to sleeping through the night on her own. I worked with Taylor using the 2 week email support and she was AMAZING!! Literally 2 days in following her plan and my 9mo went from a gazillion feeds/wakes a night and starting the day at 5am, to sleeping from 6:30pm-7am with no wakes!
I am so happy and grateful for your help, after everyone telling me to just let her ‘cry it out’ I’m so glad I didn’t have to. I feel like a new woman!!

Amazing!

I worked with Taylor and wow! In just two weeks I went from being awake from 2/3am most days rocking my 13 month old back to sleep and having to hold him till morning, to him self settling and sleeping through most nights. I never in my wildest dreams thought that would be possible in just a short amount of time. Taylor was helpful, knowledgeable and positive and I couldn't recommend her enough.

Finally getting some sleep!

After weeks and weeks of epic splits nights and rocking to sleep we decided to sign up for 2 weeks of email support with Kyndra. Our 15 month old had previously been putting himself to sleep and occasionally sleeping through the night but sickness, regressions and separation anxiety had thrown everything into disarray. Kyndra recommended gradual withdrawal, completely dropping to 1 nap and some changes in schedule. A couple nights of retraining and a few extra schedule tweaks later and the 1-4 hour long split nights and rocking are a thing of the past and he now sleeps through the majority of the time. We also now have the tools and knowledge to adapt and adjust things as needed. We absolutely should have done it sooner! Thanks Kyndra!
